Auto Show
Wings to Fly
A close-up view of a classic, 1931 Ford Model A hood ornament with a flying wings design. The rich red color of the car and the shiny chrome detailing reflect the vintage style and craftsmanship of the automobile.
This is another tip of the hat to car lovers and car show fans. This photo was taken at the annual car show in Algoma, Wisconsin a number of years past.

Time Traveler
You can’t beat a well restored antique car to keep a guy’s interest. I love the shine of the brass and the controls on the steering column. I’m convinced, if you stare into the rear-view mirror, before long, you’ll begin to see the past.
I snapped this image at the annual car show that’s held every spring in Algoma, Wisconsin. I’m not sure the make and model of this auto. I should probably take notes while I’m shooting.
Grillwork – Buick Eight
They don’t make ’em like this anymore. Who wouldn’t love the stylish and extravagant front grill and bumper of this classic American automobile – the Buick Eight.
Every May, Algoma, WI hosts a classic car show downtown. I usually snap a few photos and grab a brat from the firefighter’s food stand.
